We need a project manager who keeps every job on schedule, on budget and up to that standard.

What you will do

Plan each job from the signed quote: crew, dates, paint and materials
Order paint and supplies and get them to the site on time
Check prep before any paint goes on
Keep homeowners, HOA boards and property managers updated
Track each job's hours and materials against the bid
Do the final walk-through and finish the punch list

What you need

Experience running painting or construction jobs
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Comfortable on job sites and ladders
Organized, on time, and clear on the phone

Nice to have

Spanish (many of our customers and crew speak it)
Commercial or HOA repaint experience
